Early-access privacy notice

This notice explains how AxonBrief uses information submitted through the Dissensus early-access form.

What we collect and why

The form asks for your email address, an optional description of your intended use, and your agreement to be contacted about early access. We record the submission date and the version of the contact notice you agreed to. We use these details to understand interest in Dissensus and contact you about a possible pilot.

Please do not submit confidential, financial, health, or other sensitive information. Joining the list does not create an account, guarantee access, or subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing campaign.

Where information is processed

The landing page and its database run through ChatGPT Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. We use Resend to send AxonBrief an internal notification containing your submitted details. These service providers process the data needed to operate the form and deliver that notification. We do not send a confirmation email to visitors.

Abuse prevention

We use request limits and a hidden spam-detection field. Short-lived counters use a pseudonymous value derived from the network address; the waitlist application does not store your raw network address. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational or security logs.

How long we keep requests

We retain early-access requests for up to 12 calendar months, with earlier deletion on request. Expired requests are no longer used for early-access notifications or contact. Separate service-provider logs and backup copies may follow their own retention periods.

Contact and deletion requests

To ask about your data, correct your details, withdraw your contact permission, or request deletion, email contact@axonbrief.com. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that the request concerns your own address. Deleting an active signup does not automatically remove separate infrastructure logs or provider backups.

Cookies and measurement

This landing page does not add analytics trackers or advertising cookies. The hosting platform may use its own authentication or security mechanisms.
